It's a gorgeous neckwarmer, crocheted in fantastic thick-and-thin handpainted yarn. It has a plain edge and a scalloped edge, and when you weave a silk scarf through the center of it, you can wear it in so many ways.
I recently got my box of Crochet 2014 Day-to-Day Calendars by Susan Ripley. Pretty neat! And take a look at the way the box folds to make the holder for all the cards. Cute! I'll definitely be using this for 2014. The photography is nice and the projects varied, including 5 of mine.
