I love this dress!


I love the collar on this dress! I immediately noticed that it is pretty much identical to the collar on a green dress that Miss Lemon wears in Agatha Christie's Poirot. Of course the bodice and skirt are more of a 1930s shape on her dress. It's interesting how certain details get recycled throughout the decades.


What a lovely dress! :) I love how you bring different patterned fabrics into the design, it gives it detail without detracting from the design.
Thanks for the shoutout on my dress - I miss wearing it but it is so wintry. Must make a summer version, yes? ;)
